Rookies (Coach Pitch) Division

Overview

The Softball Rookies Coach Pitch program is designed for young players, typically ages 6 to 8, who are transitioning from T-Ball to a more structured level of play. In this division, coaches pitch to the players, allowing them to develop confidence and improve their hitting skills while continuing to focus on fielding, throwing, and base running.

This program emphasizes skill development in a fun, non-competitive environment where teamwork and sportsmanship are key. Players will begin to learn more about the rules of the game while gaining valuable experience in a supportive setting. The Softball Rookies Coach Pitch program is an excellent opportunity for players to build a solid foundation as they prepare for more advanced levels of play.

Minors Division

Overview

The Softball Minors program is designed for players, typically ages 9 to 10, who are ready to develop their skills in a more competitive environment. At this level, players begin to pitch, and games become faster-paced with a greater emphasis on game strategy and rules. Key fundamentals such as pitching, catching, fielding, hitting, and base running are refined, while players also learn advanced techniques like bunting and base stealing.

In the Minors, teamwork and sportsmanship are still a priority, but the competitive aspect of the game becomes more prominent. Coaches focus on helping players understand game situations and improve their individual and team performance, preparing them for the next step in their softball journey. The Minors program offers a perfect balance between skill development and competitive play.

Majors Division

Overview

The Softball Majors program is the highest level of Little League softball for players typically ages 11 to 13. This division offers a competitive environment where players further develop their skills in pitching, hitting, fielding, and game strategy. The pace of play is faster, and players are introduced to advanced techniques such as pitching strategy, situational hitting, and defensive positioning.

In the Majors, teamwork and leadership are emphasized, as players are encouraged to take on more responsibility both on and off the field. While the level of competition increases, sportsmanship and personal growth remain core values. This program is ideal for players looking to refine their skills as they prepare for higher levels of play, all while enjoying the excitement and challenges of competitive softball.
